Terrible bank! I was going through a mortgage process with them, and three days before I close they wanted me to go with a very unfavorable rate. This was textbook bait and switch. I took all of my money out of the bank the next week. I would NEVER recommend doing business with them. Very unscrupulous, unethical practice.

THIS TELLER NOTHING DO SHE JUST STAND THERE AND THE OTHER TELLER IS BUSY HELPING THE CUSTOMERS. SHE SAID TO ME WAIT HER MY GOODNESS YOU STANDING THERE NOTHING TO DO. YOU SHOULD STAY HOME IS NOT WORTHY PAYING YOU DON'T DO YOUR JOB. NSSB IS WASTING MONEY PAYING THIS PERSON
