Been waiting since noon for an appointment scheduled last week for this afternoon. At 3:30, I called the office to ask for an update. The office worker said she would call "him" to see if she could find out and call me back. It's now past 5:00 pm. No service guy, no call. [two stars because a previous service call went well enough.]
Great next day service on my GE refrigerator! Explanation of diagnosed problem was very clear. Technician made arrangements to come out when parts were in so I didn't have to take another day off work. Highly recommended!

I contacted Gregory's Home Appliance at the beginning of October. We needed them to fix a broken freezer. They came out relatively quickly and stayed for 5 minutes. The repairman said our freezer was probably covered under warranty and to call the company. They charged us $90 to drive to our house and tell us that. That would have been fine if everything else would have worked out. Turns out the part is not covered so I called Gregory's to schedule them to come back out to fix the freezer. I called mid-end of October. I got a voicemail from a man named Walter who told me to text him a time I could talk. I texted him times I was available but never got a call. So I called again this past Saturday, 11/12 and asked that they call me back so we could schedule this repair. I got a call back and the receptionist who said that the repairman doesn't like fixing freezers and he probably would not fix it. She assured me he'd call on Monday. It's now Tuesday night and he's never called. Our freezer is still broken and they don't feel like fixing it even though our $90 fee for 5 minutes of the man being at our house was supposed to also pay for their future trips out. I guess that doesn't include if they don't feel like fixing it. Then they'll just ignore your calls.
