My daughter was born 11 weeks premature and has been going to Danville Pediatrics since she was sent home from the NICU after a long, difficult 83 day stay. My daughter was sent home on an NG feeding tube and monitors. The day after coming home we went to see Dr. Williams for her first appointment. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Williams had already prepared for our appointment by reading my daughters entire medical file and discharge summary the night before. She had a care plan ready for us and she instantly put us at ease. 6 Months later... my daughter is off her feeding tube, happy, healthy and thriving. Everyone at the office knows her by name and is so helpful every time I call. I would highly recommend Danville Pediatrics and Dr. Williams.
We just moved to the Indy area from Cali and I started taking my 20month old daughter to Danville Pediatrics. I had only been there less then a month and my daughter seemed like she had been sick for 3 weeks and she was not inproving. I called the nurse and explained her symptoms AGAIN and the Nurse kindly " I don't want to bring her in because of the stomach bug going around" "You don't want to risk your daughter getting catching the bug" Basically she was being lazy and didn't want to book and appointment for me to come in. The doctors are nice but VERY yound with no kids. I just did not get the loving, caring feeling for my daughter like I did with her last doctor. It's like we were just another number. I don't recommend this office at all!
