Worst taco bell ever. Food was nasty. Service was awful. ..never goin back...
My husband and I waited 30+ mins for 4 tacos and 2 orders of nachos and cheese. My husband was the only one in the lobby and there 3 people in the drive thru so there shouldn’t have been a wait at all. Employee asked us 30 mins later after ordering if we got our food and we said no. Manager didn’t seem to care. We did get our money back but still had to wait for our food to be made which took even more time. Finally after waiting my husbands order is finally called and low and behold... no nachos. My husband kindly asked for the nachos and a male employee rudely threw them in bag and chips dumped all in bag. Needless to say this is the worst costumer service we have ever received and we will never be back.
This is a place I will probably never enter again. The food is typical for Taco Bell. Having said that don't ever try to deal with the staff. I have only met two customer services that appear not to mind doing their job. One person (I believe he was in management) even got upset because he got three large orders in a row. This place is not for me.
This is just like any other Taco Bell. You go here for a quick bite and you usually do not get what you order. It is mostly young kids who work here so they are not very attentive. The manager seems to be more worried about social status then taking good care of his customers. You get what you pay for.
While it is conveniently near the hospital, the service is absolutely awful. I went in with my parents, and they forgot my Freeze and half of my parents' order. I don't go to any fast food place expecting a Michelin star service, but this was terrible. Staff members were goofing off with family members.
