Went in on a Saturday the girl who tried to get a blood sample had to stick my dog several times and still couldn’t get sample. My dog shat herself she was in so much distress. The vet came in and told the girl she needed to straighten my dogs arm in order to get a sample. Once she did that she was able to get a blood sample for a heart worm test. Obviously they have trainees doing work on your animal and that’s fine. But a vet should be in the room over seeing and instructing. I will never go back again. The staff in the front was pleasant. But I’d rather pay extra somewhere else so I know qualified people are working on my animal.
I have been driving an hour out of my way for years to come to this vet. Their prices are by far the best I’ve ever come around and the staff is always so pleasant and well organized. I just love this place!
