He is one of the best Doctor's I ever dealt with and his staff is just as great! Everyone is very professional and very caring. Highly recommended!
Dr. Gross was very kind and considerate during my colonoscopy. Hendrick County hospital nurses where extremely helpful. Yes, he does often run late but I respect that a doctor cannot possibly know every single thing that he may run into during a procedure...at some point I may be the one needing just a bit more time during a procedure or just needing to be reassured. I felt like I was treated really great as my husband just went to have a colonoscopy at IU West and was rushed in and out...leaving him to walk out and down the elevator 3 floors while still light headed and not even offering to wheel him down. So for myself I will take Dr. Gross and just take a book to pass the time while waiting.
Having bad stomach pains. He had me do a colonoscopy. Afterwards i was in so much pain i was crying. He just send me home. Didnt give me anything for the pain. I guess in his eyes having a scope shoved up ur butt doesnt mean anything
